HOW DO I ACTIVATE MYLOCO RABBIT SERVICE?

There is no activation process. That’s right! When you purchase your Loco Rabbit Phone Package and/or Plan, activation is included. Upon your very first call your service will auto-activate. Should you experience any issues with your automatic activation, please contact Loco Rabbit Customer Support via Live Chat at LocoRabbit.com or call 1-855-578-2677.

What does "Prepaid Wireless" mean?

Prepaid means exactly that: you’re prepaying for your service beforehand instead of getting a bill at the end. Bonus? No surprises on your bill!

Why is Loco Rabbit so inexpensive?

Because we can be. And since our service uses one of the “major carriers” wireless tower networks throughout the United States, our low prices doesn’t mean anything other than being a smaller bill for you to pay. You could go pay more somewhere else, but you’re getting the same signal at then end.

Can I use a phone that I already have?

Of course. We are all for you bringing your own device, and the most common phones easily work with Loco Rabbit. This includes most unlocked, CDMA devices. Visit our Bring Your Own Device page here.

WHAT DOES " FACTORY RENEWED" MEAN?

Phones that are factory renewed means they have been restored to like-new condition. All phones come with a charger.

CAN I GET A NEW PHONE NUMBER WITH LOCO RABBIT?

Yes, you will automatically receive a new number when you purchase your phone package. A new number will auto generate based on the zip code and availability in your particular area code. Otherwise, you can also port your existing number through the Bring Your Own Device section.

WHAT NETWORK / CELL TOWERS DOES LOCO RABBIT USE?

We have a partnership with one of the big three wireless carriers (you know, the very familiar ones that you see all the ads for), so even though you’re paying less, you’re literally using the exact same towers and getting the same quality of service.

HOW DO I GET MORE MINUTES, DATA OR CHANGE MY PLAN?

How do I program my phone?

Android
Connect your phone to WiFi.
Open Settings Menu.
Scroll down and tap About phone.
Tap System updates.
Update PRL.
Tap OK.
Update Profile.
Tap OK.
You have now updated the PRL and profile.
Place your first call to begin service.

 

iPhone
Connect your phone to WiFi.
From the home screen, tap Phone.
On the keypad, dial ##873283# (##UPDATE#) and tap the Call button.
Tap OK (The handset will search for updates and install them).
Follow device instructions.
Place your first call to begin service.
